• How many models can I view and share per day?

  • ViewAR: You can view and share up to 50 models per day.

  • ViewAR Pro: There is no limit to the number of models you can view and share per day with ViewAR Pro. This feature caters to professional users who require extensive access for their projects and collaborations.

• What are the file size limits for viewing models?

  • ViewAR: You can view models up to 20 MB per file. This limit is designed to meet the needs of hobbyists and casual users while optimising performance.

  • ViewAR Pro: ViewAR Pro allows you to view larger files, with a limit of up to 500 MB per file. This is ideal for professional users who work with large detailed models and high-resolution textures.

• What are the file size limits for sharing and embedding models?

  • ViewAR: You can share and embed models up to 5 MB per file.

  • ViewAR Pro: The file size limit for sharing and embedding models is up to 50 MB per file, allowing for the usage of larger, high-quality 3D and AR models.

• Do shared links and embed codes expire?

  • ViewAR: The free version of ViewAR is perfect for testing and experimenting with your models. However, please note that generated links and codes are temporary and may expire after 30 days.

  • ViewAR Pro: With ViewAR Pro, the shared links and embed codes you generate will never expire, ensuring your models remain accessible and shareable indefinitely.

• How can I get more storage for my ViewAR Pro account?

  ViewAR Pro accounts currently include 2 GB of storage. However, it is possible to create multiple Pro accounts by using a separate email address for each account.
